When two farms form a partnership that closes the circle on operational and marketing needs for each farm on its own, a creative business fusion is formed.

Erin Mosley is owner of Mosley Dairy Consulting LLC and lives in Canal Winchester, Ohio. She provides independent dairy nutrition consultation focusing on the utilization of currently available software and technology to aid in the evaluation of feed- and cow-health-related data to help identify key areas of opportunity for production, health and financial improvement.

New Vision Farms is a unique partnership formed by three Ohio farmers, Rob Rettig, Rick Fruth and Mark Schwiebert, who together came up with a unique collaborative approach that has allowed them to continue a successful farming operation that produces popcorn; fresh market green beans; identity-preserved traited and non-GMO soybeans for seed, export and processing; identity-preserved soft red, hard red and hard white winter wheat for seed and milling; and yellow corn.
