As a company located in America’s dairyland – working on the complexities of dewatering manure is not a new application. Centrisys’ innovative DT Series Decanter Centrifuge is the first custom solution decanter centrifuge specifically for the manure industry and is proven to do more with manure management to ensure profitability and achieve environmental goals.

Beyond innovation, Centrisys finds a way to incorporate this solution across cattle, hog or poultry waste + manure applications. Whether you want to improve profitability or outpace regulators, Centrisys centrifuges address water quality and phosphorus emission for specific manure operation needs to maximize performance.

This 200-acre waste lagoon used to be dredged once a year; it is now dredged every 2 to 3 years. Without added chemicals, the Centrisys DT centrifuge removes the solids, leaving less than 1% total suspended solids in the effluent manure. Instead of dredging a few feet of solids from the lagoon, the centrifuge reduces the solids down to only a few inches.
