June 2023 FMMO pooling estimates, uniform prices and producer price differentials are scheduled to be released the week of July 10.

With the current academic year winding down, there’s no recess in the debate over flavored milk options served in school meal programs.

Based on Class III-IV milk futures prices, depooling incentives flip back to Class IV milk handlers in May and June.

Class IV milk represented about 17% of the total milk pooled in all FMMOs in March, the highest volume and percentage since last May.

Class I milk prices are headed lower but interest rates aren’t. A district court issues a limited Waters of the U.S. injunction.

Uniform prices were lower, the "average-of" Class I mover formula provided a small benefit on Class I prices and more Class IV milk returned to the pool.

March 2023’s Federal Milk Marketing Order (FMMO) advanced Class I base price moved lower, falling below $19 per hundredweight for the first time since November 2021.
