Salmonella disease: Do producers know their risk?

June 6, 2012
Gary Neubauer

If it’s been a while, now is the time to make sure your product use is in line with these new guidelines and is helping you avoid any residue violations.

Although clinical cases are easy to spot, they can be only the tip of the salmonella iceberg. Other animals may harbor subclinical salmonellosis that can be just as damaging to your bottom line.
