David’s expertise is built on his combined experience as an entrepreneur, sales and relationship management executive, dairy farmer and his experience developing leaders as a certified Hudson Institute coach. He led employees and executed strategic plans within the family farm. He worked as a sales executive in dairy equipment, interfacing directly with some of the largest farms in the U.S. Today, he runs two companies, his developmental coaching practice and Devello, a training, learning and development consultancy.
