Candace Schiestel works as a dairy specialist for ADM’s animal nutrition business. She has a specific interest in ADM’s model for dairy, which works on a "whole farm" approach, to identify opportunities for increased profitability. Schiestel grew up on a dairy farm and then studied at the University of Guelph, graduating first with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science, followed by a Master of Science degree in dairy nutrition.
