The board of director of the American Guernsey Association (AGA) has appointed Dave Trotter as interim executive secretary, and Dr. Morey Miller as interim general manager for Purebred Publishing, subsidiary of the American Guernsey Association, following the resignation of Seth Johnson earlier this month.

The Capital Farm Credit (CFC) Board of Directors approved a $42.67 million cash retirement of allocated equities issued in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Borrowers from those years will receive their share of the cash payment in November.
