When I think about what it means to be a modern-day farm chick, I think about all the women in agriculture who wear so many different hats. Today’s farm women are more than farmers, more than mothers and more than someone’s employee.

Farm life is the best life, am I right? If you grew up on the farm or are raising kids on the farm, you know the farm is a wonderful place for children. They learn independence, responsibility and so much more. However, farms are also workplaces.

Year 2020 – what a time to be alive. Can we all agree that this has been one of the worst years ever? It hasn’t been my favorite.
