Jennifer Redd Westfall is owner and operator of Redd Ranches based in Colorado. The family runs a Red Angus-based seedstock operation that also incorporates Angus, Simmental and Gelbvieh genetics. Jennifer oversees the registered herd and is actively involved in the day-to-day ranch management.

The Adopt A Cow program, created by the Dairy Excellence Foundation, is helping to bring dairy education into the classroom while building trusted relationships with local dairy farmers. 

Laura Daniels serves as founder and president of the Dairy Girl Network, an organization dedicated to inspiring women and cultivating connections in the dairy industry. 

Maili Drachman is the co-owner and operator of J&C Ranch. They run a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle on native pasture.

Farm life is the best life, am I right? If you grew up on the farm or are raising kids on the farm, you know the farm is a wonderful place for children. They learn independence, responsibility and so much more. However, farms are also workplaces.

Samee Charriere is the co-owner of Ledgerwood Gelbvieh and Rafter C Reds in Clarkston, Washington, where she works alongside her husband and family managing all aspects of the purebred herds and commercial cows.
