The White House Rural Council has a plan to create a $10 billion investment fund for rural America. Pension funds and large investors who contribute to it will be financing agricultural projects such as wastewater systems, energy projects and rural America’s infrastructure development according to Alexandra Stevenson of The New York Times.

Milk urea nitrogen (MUN) allows dairy farmers, nutritionists and veterinarians to estimate how much crude protein a cow consumes and how well it is utilized. By definition, MUN is the amount of urea found in milk, and these values are positively correlated with the level of blood urea nitrogen (BUN).

Stewardship is the responsibility of overseeing and protecting something considered worth caring for and preserving that valuable content.
