It's time once again forProgressive Dairyman's annual dairy statistics poster. Here are some highlights.

World
Dairy export sales continued to increase year-over-year for the fifth consecutive year. The first half of the year, U.S. products were competitive and moved quickly on the world stage, but as prices fell throughout the year, sales slowed down.

Nation
The number of cows in milk continued to climb throughout 2014 with the U.S. herd adding 70,000 cows throughout the year to end near 9.28 million cows. PD
