What previous positions have you held?
I have a solid consumer products foundation with 15 years of experience at premier companies like Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and Gallo Winery; followed by 10 years in the Internet technology and consumer electronics industries.

Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
My father was a minister turned management consultant. From him, I learned very early the importance of establishing strong strategic vision while also developing good people management skills.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region?
It is essential to listen to our producers’ thoughts and concerns, and work to provide strong strategic leadership for the industry.

California dairy has a great product heritage/equity with good future growth potential, both domestically and internationally – that’s exciting for me.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
