Vets Plus Inc. (VPI) has been granted “preferred supplier” status by the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC), of which it has been a member company since 2005. NASC President Karen Howard announced the addition of VPI to its list at the SupplySide Animal Nutrition Insights Summit, Nov. 13 in Las Vegas.

Because of the company’s consistently high quality standards, VPI has been granted the privilege to use the NASC Quality Seal on labels and marketing materials for its companion animal supplements, all of which are manufactured in the U.S. The seal aims to builds consumer confidence by symbolizing the manufacturer’s adherence to strict quality and labeling guidelines per NASC standards.

In addition, the company’s Quality Management System aligns with FDA and cGMP standards, and VPI is ISO 9001:2008 compliant. PD
