Chilton, Wisconsin-based Milk Products (MP) says it has reorganized, resulting in the following recent promotions and changes in responsibilities:

Sharon Hoerth has assumed additional duties in her new role as vice president, business operations. She has been with the company for more than 20 years, and will now be responsible for all financial and administrative functions. Formerly the VP- controller, Hoerth holds a B.A. from Lakeland College and MBA from Colorado State University.

Sara Sievert has been promoted from marketing manager, commercial business segment to director, commercial business development. In her new role, Sievert has responsibility for managing sales, business development and product development for the company’s customers that serve production agricultural markets. Sievert has been with MP for nearly four years, and holds a B.A. from Mount Mercy College.

Cathy Morris has been promoted from marketing manager, lifestyle business segment to director, lifestyle business development. In her new role, Morris will manage sales, business development and product development for the company’s customers that serve rural lifestyle markets. Prior to joining MP in 2012, Morris worked with several leading animal health, pharmaceutical and feed industry organizations. She holds a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota.

Raessa Sebo, formerly purchasing and formulation manager, is now product and materials manager, and will manage several individuals in purchasing and materials management. Sebo joined the company in 2001, and earned her B.B.A. at University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.

Stefanie Fieck is now brand manager and will manage all house brands, including corporate branding and the Commercial and Lifestyle business segments. Fieck has been with MP for 13 years in several key roles, and holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls.

Carol Olson has been promoted to administrative manager, where she will supervise customer service functions, accounting and internal IT needs. Olson has been with the company since 1996.

Bonnie Brantmeier has been promoted to the newly created position of advertising and public relations specialist, where she will focus on integration of print and digital marketing programs for the company and its customers, advertising, and public relations activities. Brantmeier has progressed through several positions with MP since 2007, and has a B.S. in agricultural communications from University of Wisconsin – Madison.

The company promoted Nimer Al-Shadfan to the position of operations manager. Al-Shadfan has a computer engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma and joined the company in 2013.

In support of the company’s intense focus on safety, Denise Brandow, who has been with the company since 1996, and is formerly a production supervisor, was named safety supervisor.

Miranda Caldwell assumed new duties as administrative and IT coordinator, and Joyce Campbell has moved into the role of purchasing and product coordinator in the reorganization of staff. Caldwell has been with the company since 2012 and Campbell joined in 2007.

The company is currently seeking to fill a purchasing coordinator vacancy, and interviewing for a nutritionist and sales specialist through national searches. PD
