I am naturally optimistic and intrinsically look for the positives even during difficult times. It is for that reason I find it difficult to spend an entire article focusing on the counterproductive behaviors of some family businesses.

Uncertainty. You and your workforce have never seen today’s level of uncertainty. Anything you can do to reduce uncertainty in your workforce will be greatly appreciated and increase motivation and productivity.
