As a mom of three little girls, I have been caught up in Disney’s Frozen phenomenon for years. Of course, when the sequel was released this fall, we went to the theatre to see it, and I wondered what song would be stuck in my head (and probably sung throughout my house) for the following days and weeks.

As we look upon another season of giving thanks, I want to challenge you to look beyond the obvious blessings in your life and relish in the little things that bring you happiness each day.

This summer, my oldest daughter had her first experience in the dairy show ring. It was something she wanted to do for years, and she was finally old enough to compete at the local fair.

Trust with today’s consumers is gained through transparency. As much as we want to portray a positive image of agriculture, when that is all we provide, it makes people start to question what negative aspects we are covering up.
