• The Wisconsin Holstein Association awarded 18 scholarships to young members studying agriculture or a related field at a two-year or four-year university. The outstanding members will be recognized at the 2015 Wisconsin Junior Holstein Convention.

窶｢ Jorin Ouwinga was chosen as the 2013-2014 recipient of the Michigan Dairy Memorial and Scholarship Foundation Inc., Velmar Green Scholarship at Michigan State University (MSU). The $3,500 scholarship is named in honor of innovative dairy leader Velmar Green.
