Gwen Carlson has joined the team at Zinpro Corp. as senior manager of the company’s Global Supply Chain and Customer Service division.
In this newly created position, Carlson's primary responsibilities include directing and coordinating activities of her team. This includes overseeing customer service operations and distribution of company products worldwide.Carlson earned an executive master's of business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also holds a bachelor's degree in business with minors in economics and communications from Bethel College in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in global operations, manufacturing, logistics and international customer service to this position. Prior to joining the company, Carlson was distribution manager for a global medical device firm.
Carlson is based at the company's global headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She replaces Wanda Hasselbalch, who previously served as customer service manager and was with the company for 30 years before retiring. PD
