Buffy Sacia has joined Rock River Laboratory Inc. (RRL) as marketing and communications director.In her new role, Sacia will lead the agriculture analyses company’s marketing strategy, messaging and communications initiatives.In addition to brand leadership, she will build relationships as an analytical consultant for the laboratory’s partner groups.

“We are extremely excited to have Buffy join our Rock River Laboratory family,” says Zac Meyer, director of operations for Rock River Laboratory. “Buffy’s agriculture background and broad communications experience will help focus our marketing strategy as our company continues to grow.”

A western Wisconsin native, Sacia grew up on her family’s equine and beef farm and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, focusing on life sciences, communications and animal sciences.

Sacia joins the RRL team after six years with Filament Marketing LLC, an agriculture marketing agency based in Madison, Wisconsin.During her time as a marketing executive at Filament, Sacia planned and executed client marketing strategies, led client product launches and mentored the firm’s associate marketing executives.

RRL provides production assistance to the agricultural industry through the use of advanced analytical systems, progressive techniques and research-supported analyses. PD
