Western United Dairymen's annual convention will be held March 16-18 at the Marriott in Visalia, California. The three-day gathering will feature experts in environmental, legislative and regulatory issues of interest to the California dairy industry.


Wednesday, March 16, a wide variety of workshops will offer information on subjects ranging from asset protection to social media. Thursday, Karen Ross, the newly appointed leader of the California Department of Food and Agriculture will make one of her first public speaking appearances. Friday, March 17, a state legislative outlook will be provided as the convention wraps up with WUD delegates conducting an official business session.
