With this acquisition ILS will acquire 100 percent control of this feedyard.

Now with the addition of Mid-America, ILS will have a new feeding capacity of 210,000 head, which ranks ILS as the eighth largest commercial feeder in the United States. ILS will now have 11 feedyards located in Kansas and Nebraska.  end mark
