DRMS announced the availability of RapidReports and BovineBio, two tools within the HerdHQ platform that are already being used by producers and consultants. Together, these tools expand how producers and consultants access herd data and evaluate individual cows, giving them more control over how information is viewed in day-to-day workflows.

RapidReports is designed to help users sort, filter and organize processed herd data from any web browser on any device with reliable internet access. Using Test Day or DartSync data, users can build customized reports, create focused lists and apply visual alerts to highlight key metrics that need attention, whether they’re in the office, the barn or on the road.

BovineBio complements that workflow by providing a fully customizable, cow-level view. Users can build personalized cow pages using drag-and-drop tools to display the information that matters most to them, from health and reproduction to genetics and lifetime performance.

Dairies are already using these tools to streamline how herd data is reviewed and how individual cows are evaluated within daily workflows.

RapidReports and BovineBio integrate seamlessly with CowCompass, allowing users to move easily from lists and dashboards to individual cow detail.

According to Robert Fourdraine, assistant director of product development, “The foundation for the HerdHQ tools is the DRMS database, which provides the necessary data to conduct research and deliver new innovations like Fresh Cow Index. DRMS is committed to generating new insights that improve on-farm efficiencies and profitability.”

Together, RapidReports and BovineBio strengthen the HerdHQ platform by improving how herd and cow-level information is viewed and used. Built on trusted, standardized DRMS data, these tools help teams move more efficiently from reviewing results to identifying priorities and taking action, without adding complexity to existing workflows.

“RapidReports and BovineBio are an exciting enhancement to the HerdHQ software suite, all designed to put practical tools into the hands of dairy producers,” says Asha Miles, DRMS director.

RapidReports and BovineBio are available now within the HerdHQ platform. Producers and consultants can set up a HerdHQ user account and access these tools through DRMS and their local DHIA service affiliate.
