Dr. Dave Downey receives AFIA Distinguished Service Award

November 3, 2011
Dr. Dave Downey has been named the 2011 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award (DSA) from the American Feed Industry Association. He was honored at the American Feed Industry Association’s Board of Directors meeting in Kansas City, Missouri. AFIA’s Distinguished Service Award is the highest honor the organization bestows on members. Since 1981, only 27 individuals have received this elite award for outstanding, long-term support to AFIA and the entire feed industry. Befitting its highly selective nature, the DSA is not necessarily presented annually.
