(afimilk USA) has announced that it is setting up an independent business to serve the North America dairy farmers. afimilk is a worldwide market leader in management technologies for milk production and dairy cow management. Previously the afimilk technologies were distributed by DeLaval, Inc. and the offering can still be obtained via DeLaval, Inc.

After 20 years of selling in North America, afimilk already has thousands of users in North America but it came to the conclusion that a different strategy is required to fully exploit the potential of the North American market. Worldwide, the U.S. dairy industry is being considered industry leading and for a company like afimilk, success in this market is key to both financial benefit locally, but also important to further establish the leadership role in the field of dairy management technology globally.
