Prairie Farms Dairy, a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Carlinville, Illinois, now offers a line of Greek yogurt with seven flavors. According to a press release from the co-op, the new line was added in response to consumer demand for Greek yogurt, which now accounts for more than a third of the market.

The press release quotes Rebecca Leinenbach, Sales Program Director for Prairie Farms Dairy: “Prairie Farms is known for making high quality dairy products and our new Greek Yogurt will play off of our heritage to delight existing customers and bring new ones into the category.”

Prairie Farms Greek Yogurt is available in retail outlets throughout the Midwest. PD
