BouMatic launched the MilkGenius In-Line Milk Analyzer into its Gemini UP milking robot and milking systems. This system is a collaboration between BoutMatic and Brolis with the shared idea to help with the well-being of cows, increase yields and reduce costs for farmers. This product measures milk composition for every cow that gets milked, functioning like a mini-lab, using a precise laser sensor to measure fat, protein and lactose in real time – without the need for reagents or manual sampling. Early detection of issues like negative energy balance, milkfat depression and acute cases allow for timely interventions. This tool helps select the most profitable cows to ensure optimal herd management. Stop by the Exhibition Hall to shop this equipment at booth #3111B-3315 or online.

Heifer monitor captures real-time health alerts

62100-pierce-cowmanager.jpg

CowManager has launched Youngstock Monitor, a new AI-powered system designed to track calf behavior and health in real-time health alerts 24-7 for early disease detection. Using a lightweight ear sensor, producers only need one sensor per animal from calf to cow. The monitor adapts to a specific operation and the behavioral development of each calf. This allows farms to make predictions on the health of each calf and focus on treatment early on. The alerts come in three different levels – suspicious, sick and very sick based on subtle behavioral changes often missed by visual checks. The alerts help to facilitate quick interventions, lower treatment intensity and reduce reliance on antibiotics and decrease mortality rates. For more information, visit their booth #4203-4204 in the Exhibition Hall or visit online.

It supports quick, antibiotic-free navel drying and healing with natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. The bitter taste prevents licking, and the solution reduces infection risk by forming a breathable protective barrier which helps prevent bacterial growth. It’s non-aerosol, meaning 100% of active ingredients are applied to the wound, plus relieves pain, calms irritated skin and promotes a healthy healing environment. Supreme International launched two new products to expand its Generation 3 line of total mixed ration (TMR) processors. The design features consistent feed processing, automation and telematics for livestock feeding. The two new processors are the Gen3 Medium Truck Mount and Gen3 Stationary Mixer. The all-new control system automation ensures the same TMR processing and delivery happens with each ration. Any ration can be programmed in the system for loading, mixing and unloading modes.

The Gen3 TMR processors use real-time system monitoring via telematics to track pressures and temperatures and notify the operator of service needs for an up-to-the-minute analysis of unit performance. They require less torque for full operation, which extends the life of parts and lowers fuel consumption, saving the operator in maintenance costs. FeedComp works with a Bluetooth-enabled scalehead and mobile device. Farmers and feeders can record weighbacks, adjust recipes, track ingredient usage and view feeder performance reports in real time from a phone or tablet, even without internet. Desktop functionality is available through VAS PULSE Platform.

Integrated with VAS herd management tools, FeedComp automatically updates with accurate pen counts and delivers income over feed cost calculations. Role-based permissions keep everyone connected. Learn more online or at booth #4331-4332 in the Exhibition Hall.
