Our MagFan ventilation fans and rubber flooring are built in the U.S. and designed for maximum cow comfort and energy efficiency. The MagFan set a record at BESS Labs with an efficiency rating of over 30 cubic feet of airflow per minute per watt of power, helping dairy farmers reduce energy costs while improving airflow in the barn. Our West Texas crew produces rubber flooring using multiple production lines and offers several groove patterns. We use specialized machines to groove recycled conveyor belt material, then the rubber is custom-cut and shipped directly to the customer. We proudly support American agriculture with reliable, high-performance ventilation solutions and durable, recycled products made locally by people who understand the dairy industry.

Why is it important to you to provide American-made products and services?
American dairy farmers deserve reliable products and fast service from people who understand their industry. Our full-time crew builds our fans in our fan warehouse and assembly shop in Canyon, Texas, allowing us to maintain quality control and respond quickly to customer needs. By manufacturing our rubber flooring in Texas, we can create custom products focused on better traction, softer walking surfaces and overall cow wellbeing. By manufacturing locally, we support American jobs while helping farmers improve cow comfort, airflow and barn efficiency with dependable products.

What products do you manufacture in the U.S.?
The 360 Rain adaptive application system, manufactured in the heart of America in Morton, Illinois, gives dairy farmers an in-season way to handle manure application. The 360 Rain machine autonomously delivers water, nutrients and manure, banded or broadcast, across the entire field. Our dealers and customers can schedule a visit to our Morton production facility to see their exact American-built machine come to life from start to end-of-line testing.

Why is it important to you to provide American-made products and services?
I grew up on a dairy farm in America, and my experience has always been ag-related. It’s a passion of mine to help American farmers. I get the opportunity to do this through the 360 Rain system as it improves operations and opportunities for dairy farms. I know firsthand the level of quality and oversight we have in our production facility in Morton. Our customers expect American-made quality, and so do I.
What does ‘Made in America’ mean to you?
I love that we’re celebrating America’s 250th birthday. During all 250 years, the American farmer has been the backbone of this great country and has supported American-made products for their operations. To me, “Made in America” means honoring that legacy with the superior quality standards that the American dairy farmer deserves. Saying “Made in America” is not just where we build the 360 Rain machine, it's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

What products do you manufacture in the U.S.?
AgriSteel|AGS fabricates and manufactures complete building packages in the U.S. from our Oshkosh, Wisconsin, facility using domestically sourced steel. Our capabilities include in-house design, engineering and fabrication of all primary structural framing. As of 2025, we also roll form our own secondary members, including purlins and girts, along with steel sheeting and trim components, ensuring quality control and reliable supply across every phase of production.

Nothing is more American than the dairy farmer, so it only feels right to provide buildings with the same roots. It’s incredibly rewarding to know our barns are shipped across the country, housing the animals that help feed our families. For over 50 years, we have manufactured milking equipment technology in Galesville, Wisconsin. In 2023, we saw the demand for rotary parlors steadily increase and moved our rotary platforms manufacturing from New Zealand to this location to counter shipping disruptions and rising freight costs. Bringing manufacturing back to Wisconsin has built on our legacy of producing Surge milking equipment decades ago. Today, in Galesville, we produce advanced rotary milking parlors, semi-automated milking technology and milk-handling equipment.

Why is it important to you to provide American-made products and services?
Weaverline started building feed carts in 1965 and continues to build all the equipment in Narvon, Pennsylvania. Building equipment in America to serve American farmers provides jobs to the local community, which in turn benefits the farmers by supporting a market for the products that feed the world. As an American company, Weaverline is in a much better position to provide parts and service to American farmers, and farming is an industry that cannot wait for service.
What does ‘Made in America’ mean to you?
Since 1965, Weaverline has not only built products in the U.S. but strives to purchase as many components as reasonably possible that are made in America. While there are exceptions, products made in America will be held to a high standard of quality and consistency.
