Dairy networking
ADX will serve as a hub for networking in the dairy industry – a place where old friends can reconnect and new producers can meet. Each morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., attendees can enjoy a free buttermilk pancake breakfast. Local 4-H clubs will also be serving grilled cheese and milkshakes to raise funds for their regional programs. On Nov. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m., DairyFEST will cap off the day with live entertainment, a cheese buffet, ice cream and a cash bar.
Organizers
Best known in North America for its international trade fairs Agritechnica and EuroTier in Germany, DLG (German Agricultural Society) has launched the ADX to expand its event portfolio for American dairy producers. Building on the success of the Stratford, Ontario-based Canadian Dairy XPO – which DLG acquired last year – DLG Markets North America brings ADX as a new platform for agricultural stakeholders to share innovations, best practices and strategic insights, further strengthening the collaboration between Europe and North America.
Dairy education
The ADX will host education sessions targeted to dairy producers to help them learn and advance their operations. Throughout the show, the “Dairy Delivers” classroom offers practical, data-driven education sessions on key topics hosted by the Professional Dairy Producers (PDP) and the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, with speakers from top universities, industry associations and leading companies. The dairy classroom runs both days from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
