New York Farm Show to include mini-seminar about robotic milking

The 28th Annual New York Farm Show, Feb. 21-23 at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse, will be packed with new products and services from more than 400 exhibitors, as well as workshops and presentations from various industry groups. “These organizations have dedicated a lot of time and effort to provide high quality programs for the show visitors,” said show manager Scott Grigor. Programming includes a mini-seminar update on robotic milking, scheduled for Friday, Feb. 22.

Click here to read the first article in this series. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act) authorizes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to inspect job sites. Almost all OSHA inspections are unannounced. A U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA compliance officer may inspect the farm at any reasonable hour as a result of an employee complaint or a reportable accident.
