New owners Jeff Long and Thor Roseth will conduct the next sale.
The facility consists of several buildings, which include the Salebarn Cafe, shed and the ring. The 200-plus pens on the property allow thousands of head of cattle to be brought through on sale day. The livestock exchange handles between 7,000 and 9,000 yearlings, calves or cows on a typical day.
Roseth says he will change very little with the operation of the exchange. He says just a few updates and repairs are planned.
