The new site starts with larger text and bolder images for enhanced readability. It also has an improved navigation system that allows customers to shop by type of beef, product assortments or price, and can be reached via any page on the site. The new navigation also makes it easy to find recipes developed by the company’s chefs as well as information on the company’s history and humane practices.
Technical enhancements also greatly improve the user experience. A new four-step, guided checkout process prompts users to enter their shipping and billing information, add gift messages for their friends and family, and choose a shipping date.

This enhanced interface allows customers to add multiple items and quantities into their cart, and a “Recipient Selection” option lets them place multiple orders to different recipients with just a few clicks. Customers receive confirmation emails throughout the process so they know their orders have been successfully placed, shipped and received.  end mark
