What education are you bringing with you to this position?
I completed a Bachelor of Science in animal nutrition in 2012 and went on to complete a Master of Science degree in ruminant nutrition and genetics in 2014, from the University of Saskatchewan.

Please describe your agricultural background.
I grew up on a mixed operation west of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What territory will you cover?
I will be covering the entire province of Saskatchewan.

What are your new responsibilities?
As a nutrition and production consultant, it is my responsibility to ensure that producers have balanced rations and the highest quality feed for their operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

What previous positions have you held?
Previously, I was a research technician at Quantum Biosciences in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
My parents. They instilled in me a love for the agricultural industry at an early age. Working on our operation early on helped me to develop leadership skills and a strong work ethic. They have also continuously supported the career path that I have chosen.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
I make regular visits throughout the province. On-farm consultation regarding livestock nutrition and determining the feed best suited for each individual operation.

Why did you choose this company?
Early on, I knew I wanted to be involved in the livestock and feed industries. New-Life Mills is a leader in animal feed and nutrition. The company provides the opportunity to be involved in the feed industry while working closely with producers.
