What are your new responsibilities?

I will work as part of the sales and services team and develop relationships with costumers and help them to achieve their goals with our products.

Describe you agricultural background.
I grew up on a dairy, beef and hog farm and then got into agricultural sales about 18 years ago, starting in sales and then moving on to managing a dealership. The past three years were spent as Canadian sales manager representing a group of companies who manufacture loader attachments, wagons, hay equipment and tillage equipment.

Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
The biggest impact has come from the wealth of experience I’ve gained as I’ve worked with different mainline manufactures of agricultural equipment which has allowed me to meet many people.

How will I be of most help to producers?
I will be able to help by using my experience with many types of agricultural equipment to make recommendations that will bring about the best practices for specific application.

Why did you choose this company?
There are a number of reasons. I have had very positive experiences with Al Brodie even before he opened his dealership. Also, a dealership that focuses on one product line that works in many applications more closely reflects my own personal vision of what makes dealerships successful. Al is a specialist and I admire that. He and his wife Lynne are developing an environment for success.

What goals would you like to accomplish in this position?
I would like to continue the vision of developing relationships with costumers in both sales and service and work to be part of the Brodie Ag and Industrial team to meet the needs of our agricultural customers.

Where do you use yourself in 5 years?
I see myself continuing as part of the team that serves our customers with the level of excellence this company is recognized for.  PD
