Poll: Ranchers have confidence in 'real meat'

In a recent online poll, Progressive Cattle asked, "How concerned are you by lab-based/plant-based meat?"

The majority of respondents (63.4%) answered that lab-based/plant-based meat products will never beat 'real meat.'

The rest of the respondents were divided. Almost 19% indicated that they weren't worried because there is enough room in the market for both types of products. The smallest group (18%) think that alternative meats will become a significant competitor with real meat products.
