The Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) appointed Linda Pearce as its new chief financial officer.

Pearce’s appointment comes as part of a strategic realignment of the leadership team at the fast-growing, farmer-owned dairy cooperative. Based on the evolving needs of the organization and his own personal and professional interests, TCCA’s previous CFO Don Desjarlais will remain on in a newly defined role as vice president of finance and corporate controller.

Pearce is a native Oregonian with more than 18 years of senior executive level management experience, serving international and domestic companies. She most recently served as CFO for Nautilus Inc., a Vancouver, Washington-based fitness equipment company, where she helped achieve new levels of profitability.

Prior to her role there, Pearce spent 12 years as executive vice president and CFO at Portland-based Warn Industries, where she helped transition the 52-year old family business into a high performing company, while strengthening culture and core values.

She has also held positions at several other notable Oregon-based companies including Gardenburger Inc., Blount International Inc. and Lindsay Forest Products Inc. PD
